Product Introduction:
A high-speed dispersing emulsifier is a device that efficiently, quickly, and uniformly distributes one or more phases into another continuous phase. Under normal circumstances, each phase is immiscible with each other. Due to the high tangential velocity generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor and the strong kinetic energy brought by high-frequency mechanical effects, the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing, and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor. Thus, the immiscible solid, liquid, and gas phases are dispersed and emulsified uniformly and finely in an instant under the joint action of corresponding mature processes and appropriate additives. After high-frequency cyclic cycles, stable high-quality products are finally obtained.
Emulsification tank is a device that integrates functions such as mixing, emulsification, homogenization, dissolution, and crushing. Currently, it is an advanced mixing equipment in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and other industries in China. The function of an emulsion tank is to dissolve one or more materials (water-soluble solid phase, liquid phase, or gel like substance, etc.) in another liquid phase and hydrate them to form a relatively stable emulsion. When the high-speed emulsifying head works, it throws the material at the center of the rotor towards the stator at high speed. Through the tooth gap of the stator, it achieves emulsification between the rotor and stator through shearing, collision, and crushing. It is widely used for oils, powders, sugars, etc. Emulsification and mixing of raw materials, as well as emulsification and dispersion of certain coatings and paints, also use emulsification tanks, especially suitable for certain insoluble adhesive additives such as CMC, xanthan gum, etc.


Tank optional configuration:
The tank body of the emulsion tank can be optionally equipped with sterile air filters, thermometers (digital or dial), sight glasses, sanitary manholes, inlet and outlet ports, CIP universal rotating cleaning balls, sterile sampling valves (stainless steel tank bottom), level gauges and level self-control systems (load-bearing modules, non-contact ultrasonic, static pressure transmitters), etc., or configured according to customer requirements.
